海绵城市背景下——城市雨洪景观安全格局研究

Study on Urban Rainfall Landscape Security Patterns in Sponge City

海绵城市概念的提出,为解决城市雨洪问题提供了政策支持。海绵城市建设要求宏观格局规划与实施协调统一,其中宏观格局的规划在整个雨洪景观安全格局中扮演着战略指导角色。文章根据景观安全格局理论对雨洪景观安全格局构建的方法及内容进行了简要论述,并提出了城市景观安全格局构建的框架和途径。

The concept of sponge city provides policy support for solving urban rainwater and flood problems.Sponge city construction should coordinate and unify the macro-pattern planning and implementation together,in which macro-pattern planning plays a strategic guiding role in the whole rainwater landscape security pattern.Based on the theory of landscape security pattern,this paper briefly discusses the methods and contents of constructing rainwater landscape security pattern,and puts forward the framework and approach of urban landscape security pattern construction.
