新农村民居建设中关于楼顶粮仓和晒台设计的思考

Thoughts on the Design of Roof Granary and Drying Platform in the Construction of New Rural Residential Buildings

当前我国新农村存在现行楼顶砖混结构粮仓储藏物发热、返潮、霉变;直接将楼顶屋面当作晒台失去房屋隔热层装置;晾晒粮食遇到下雨时无法有效防止雨水从地板上浸湿粮食等问题。文章针对以上问题进行整体规划,综合考量,提出提升粮仓的底面高度,打造多功能晒台;选用实木板材,通过传统合板工艺建造粮仓等打造楼顶粮仓和晒台的有效设计方案。

In order to solve the problems of heat,moisture return and mildew of the storehouse with brick-concrete structure on the roof in the new countryside,the roof of the building is directly used as a drying platform to lose the heat insulation layer of the house.However,it can not effectively prevent rain from soaking grain on the floor when it rains.In view of the above problems,through overall planning and comprehensive consideration,this paper suggests to improve the bottom height of the granary,create a multi-functional drying platform and select solid wood and then make use of traditional plywood technology to build an effective design of the roof granary and drying platform.
