基于社区营造的西安回坊街道活力再生研究

Research on Vital Regeneration of Xi'an Huifang Street Based on Community Construction

社区营造以社区居民的自我治理与组织发展为研究内容,最初兴于社会治理范畴,现已成为城乡规划学中塑造街区活力的新途径。本文通过对西安回坊街区的调查研究,从居民需求、历史文化、地域要素、产业特色、街道风貌的角度分析了西安回坊的街道困境,并基于社区营造理论,从人、文、地、产、景的角度提出西安回坊街道的活力再生策略。

The contents of community construction mainly include the self-governance and organizational development of the community residents.It initially fell in the category of social governance and now has become a new way to shape the vitality of the neighborhood in urban and rural planning.Based on the investigation and research of Xi’an Huifang District,this paper analyzes the street dilemma of Xi’an Huifang street from the perspective of the residents demand,historical culture,regional factors,industrial characteristics and street style.Based on the theory of community construction,this paper proposes the vitality regeneration strategy of Xi’an Huifang Street from the perspectives of people,literature,geography,production and scenery.
