摘要
型钢水泥土搅拌墙和预应力型钢组合支撑构成的支护体系在基坑支护中具有较传统支护体系不可替代的优势,并且符合绿色基坑支护要求。型钢水泥土搅拌墙(SMW工法),即在水泥土桩内插入H型钢等(多数为H型钢,亦有插入拉森式钢板桩、钢管等),将承受荷载与防渗挡水结合起来,使之成为同时具有受力与抗渗两种功能的支护结构的围护墙。预应力型钢组合支撑与传统钢筋混凝土支撑相比具有可重复利用、拆除简单、经济、环保的特点。以型钢水泥土搅拌墙和预应力型钢组合支撑组成的型钢支护体系能很好地起到支护效果,同时符合绿色基坑支护要求。文中通过昆明某项目基坑支护实例分析型钢支护体系的优点和施工要点,型钢支护体系优越性得到充分发挥,证明其在该区域基坑支护上具有实用性和可靠性。
The support system consisting of steel-reinforced soil-soil mixing wall and prestressed steel combined support has an irreplaceable advantage over conventional support systems in foundation pit support,and meets the requirements of green foundation pit support.Steel-type cement-soil mixing wall(SMW method),that is,inserting H-shaped steel(such as H-shaped steel,also inserted into Larsen-type steel sheet pile,steel pipe,etc.)into the cement-soil pile,combining the bearing load with the anti-seepage and waterblocking,is made of a retaining wall with both supporting functions of force and impermeability.Compared with traditional reinforced concrete supports,prestressed steel composite supports are reusable,simple to remove,economical and environmentally friendly.The steel support system consisting of steel-reinforced cement soil mixing wall and prestressed steel combined support can support the supporting effect and meet the requirements of green foundation pit support.Through the example of a foundation pit support of a project,the paper analyzes the advantages and construction points of the steel support system.The superiority of the steel support system has been fully exerted,which proves its practicability and reliability in the foundation pit support in this area.
