探究加气混凝土砌块裂缝成因及防治措施

摘要 我国的工程建设正处在高速发展时期,这一阶段的工程施工工作至关重要。在工程建设过程中,加气混凝土砌块凭借自身的高强度特点和堆积密度小的应用优势,现已成为了工程施工中较为常用的施工材料,加气混凝土砌块质量的选择会直接影响到保温效果,同时还能够结合外界的环境选择进行保温和隔热,该材料的应用十分便捷,制造原材料也很容易获取,并且价格十分公道,工业废渣能够直接被应用到材料的制作过程中,能够更好地实现可持续发展的环保建设理念。文章主要探究了加气混凝土砌块在应用过程中产生裂缝的主要原因,并且结合建筑经验和建设环境制定出合理的防治措施,以此作为促进工程质量提升的基础。 China’s engineering construction is in a rapidly developing period,in which the construction work is a crucial factor.In the process of engineering construction,the aerated concrete blocks have became a common engineering construction material because of its high strength and application advantages of small bulk density.The selection of aerated concrete blocks will directly affect the insulation effect.Meanwhile,it could also be selected for the purpose of heat preservation and insulation according to the outside environment.The application of this material is very convenient and its raw materials are also easy to obtain with reasonable price.The industrial waste could be directly used in the production process of such materials,realizing the concept of sustainable and environmental construction.This paper mainly explores the main reasons for the cracks in the application process of aerated concrete blocks and develops reasonable prevention and control measures based on the building experience and construction environment,thus being the basis for improving the construction quality.
