基于CMOS摄像头的GD包装机小亮纸拉线检测器

Design of Tear-tape Detector in GD Packing Line Based on CMOS Camera

针对现有GD包装机在使用过程中对透明拉线和白拉线检测不准和误检等不良现象,本文设计了一种基于CMOS摄像头的拉线检测器。该拉线检测器系统是由CMOS摄像头、单片机、电源电路等部分组成。通过单片机控制单元可方便的修改拉线检测器的参数,从而检测拉线的有无和偏移。应用效果表明,所设计的智能型拉线检测器有效地延长了使用寿命,提高了卷烟包装质量。

In order to solve the problems of inaccurate detection and false detection for film tear-tape and colorless tear-tape in GD packing line,a tear-tape detector was designed based on CMOS camera,which was composed of a COMS camera,MCU and power unit.By MCU control unit,the parameters of tear-tape detector can easily modify to detect the presence and offset of tear-tape.The results of practical application indicated that the designed detector effectively prolong the service life and improve the quality of the cigarette packaging.
