摘要 针对定向起爆系统由于大量使用常规火工品以及独立的机械保险装置而带来的安全性,可靠性,不可检测性以及体积和重量较大等问题,提出直列式引信电子安全定向多点起爆控制电路设计方法。该方法采用电子安全控制电路双路冗余设计方法,对八方位高压起爆单元进行控制,不仅能提高系统的安全性、可靠性,并且克服了常规的机械保险装置在装到战斗部之前不能检查以及体积和重量较大的不足。经对软件仿真和电路测试,直列式引信电子安全定向多点起爆控制电路符合设计要求,软件功能设计合理,电路工作性能稳定,能可靠地对多点高压起爆单元进行控制,实现定向多点起爆控制功能。 For problems of the safety, the reliability, the undetectability, the large size and big weight of the directional detonation system due to the extensive use of conventional pyrotechnic fuse and independent mechanical safety device, the in-line fuse electronic safety control directional multipoint initiation circuit design method is proposed. The directional detonation control system uses dual redundant electronic safety control circuit design method, and the high voltage initiation unit in eight orientations is controlled by dual redundant electronic safety control circuit. This design method can not only improve the system security, reliability, but also overcome the deficiencies of the conventional mechanical safety device which can not be checked prior to loading warhead and the volume and weight are large. The software simulation and circuit testing show that in-line fuse electronic safety directional multipoint initiation control circuit meets the design requirements, reasonable software feature design, stable circuit performance, reliable multi-point high-pressure detonating unit control, directional multipoint initiation control function are realized.
