摘要
针对犹豫乘性偏好信息环境下的群决策问题,建立了一种基于犹豫乘性偏好关系一致性修复算法的群决策方法。首先,引入新的犹豫乘性偏好关系的概念,并提出犹豫乘性偏好关系一致性、一致性指数以及可接受一致性等定义。然后,构建一个最优化模型确定犹豫乘性偏好关系的优先权重向量。再者,在犹豫乘性偏好关系环境下,建立了一种基于犹豫乘性偏好关系一致性修复算法的群决策方法,该群决策方法能够对犹豫乘性偏好关系进行一致性修复。最后通过对计算机网络系统的选择实例验证提出的群决策方法的合理性和有效性。
In view of the group decision making problems with hesitant multiplicative preference information, a new group decision making method is investigated on the basis of the algorithm to repair the consistency of hesitant multiplicative preference relations(HMPRs). First, some new definitions are introduced, including HMPR, consistent HMPR, consistency index for HMPR and acceptable consistency of HMPR. Then, an optimization model is developed to derive the priority weight vector of HMPR. Furthermore, a novel group decision making method is proposed under the HMPR environment, which is based on the algorithm for repairing the consistency level of the HMPR. In the end, a numerical example about the selection of computer network system is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
