摘要 为了提高光伏并网逆变器的利用率并改善光伏并网系统中的电能质量,研究了带有源滤波功能的光伏并网逆变器。在基本不增加系统硬件成本的前提下,同时实现了并网和有源滤波功能。系统可运行于3种工作模式下,分别实现并网、谐波补偿及同时并网和谐波补偿,并能根据需要灵活切换工作模式。着重分析设计了三相电流谐波检测和电流内环控制器,最后利用MATLAB/SIMULINK搭建系统,通过仿真验证了系统的可行性及实用性,并能在并网的同时补偿83.47%的谐波电流。 In order to improve the utilization of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter and the power quality, this paper studies the PV grid-connected inverter with active filter function. Under the basic premise of not increasing the cost of hardware, the function of grid-connected and active filter functions are realized. The system can run in three kinds of working modes, realize grid connection, harmonic compensation and simultaneous grid connection and harmonic compensation, and can flexibly switch the working mode as required. The paper focuses on the analysis and design of three phase current harmonic detection and current inner loop controller. Finally, the system model is built up by MATLAB/SIMULINK and the feasibility and practicability of system is validated through the simulation, and 83.47 percent of harmonics in the grid can be compensated at the same time.
