摘要
一种电厂发电机组励磁调节器PSS抑制低频振荡性能的在线评估方法,根据电厂发电机组励磁调节器实际采用的电力系统稳定器PSS模型,实时计算励磁调节器的电力系统稳定器PSS输出幅值Urpss,将其与低频振荡告警阈值比较,判断电力系统是否发生低频振荡。同时根据有功功率扰动响应曲线平均阻尼比,评价电力系统稳定器PSS抑制电力系统低频振荡效果。评估方法研究能够在线判断电厂发电机组所连接的电力系统是否发生低频振荡,在线评估电力系统稳定器PSS抑制低频振荡效果。
The paper proposes a study on online evaluation of power system stabilizer suppressing low frequency oscillation. According to the PSS model adopted by the generator excitation regulator, the PSS output voltage amplitude of the excitation regulator is calculated. Compared with the low frequency oscillation alarm threshold value, it is judged whether the power system has low frequency oscillation. At the same time, the damping ratio of the active power disturbance response curve is evaluated to suppress the low frequency oscillation of PSS. This assessment method can be used to determine whether the power system connected to the power generator has low frequency oscillation. The method can also be implemented on line to evaluate the effect of PSS suppressing of low frequency oscillation.
