摘要
机网协调系统是针对电网、电厂运行协调的问题,从电网侧对电源侧的生产数据进行采集,并进行高级应用分析的监测及评估系统,基于此系统对火电厂生产数据的采集,采用构建数据模型的形式,划分计算周期,达到对多机组多回路数据进行分析。性能分析的范围覆盖了自动调节系统的几个主要构成部分。考虑到对系统性能评估需要建立在无故障的前提,对执行器和传感器进行故障诊断,在无故障的情况下,得到评估结果。采用了一种分段线性化的方法从运行数据中提取变化趋势,并从动态和稳态2个方面完成对控制性能的评估。完成对被控对象传递函数的求取,结合分析结果与辨识模型,采用IMC-PI控制器,整定出合理的控制器参数。
Based on the data collection of the power plant thermal system from the grid-plant system, the performance of the thermal control loop is analyzed and evaluated. Using the form of building data model, the calculation period is divided, and the multi-unit multi loop data is analyzed. The range of performance analysis covers several major components of the automatic control system, namely, controllers, actuators, sensors. In consideration of the need to build up the system performance evaluation, fault diagnosis of the actuator and sensor is carried out, and the evaluation results are obtained. A piecewise linearization method is adopted to extract the variation trend from the operating data and evaluate the control performance from two aspects of dynamic and steady states. To complete the calculation of the transfer function of the controlled object, combining the analysis results and the identification model, the IMC-PI controller is used to control the parameters of the controller.
