连铸线是冶炼生产中重要的一个环节,2000年之前连铸线多为国外引进,这些生产线现如今都到了需要升级改造的年限。介绍了梅钢炼钢厂连铸线的升级改造过程及方法,讲述了为什么是HMI升级改造,着重阐述了难点是怎样攻克和解决的,以及升级过后系统的运行情况,实际效果以及经济效益。
The continuous casting line is an important part of smelting production, and these continuous casting lines are imported from abroad before 2000, most of which are now need to be upgraded. This article introduces the process and method of HMI upgrade and transformation of continuous casting lines in the steel plant of MEI steel, emphatically expounds how to overcome and solve the difficulty, and the running status and the actual effect of the system after the upgrade.
