摘要
通过实例分析比较,指出新二项式法相对于利用系数法,偏差控制在±10%范围内的概率接近100%。验证了电气负荷计算新方法的有效性和可靠性。
Based on analysis and comparison of examples,it is pointed out that the probability of deviation control within±10%by the new binomial method is close to 100%compared to the utilization coefficient method.The validity and reliability of the new method for electrical load calculation are verified.
