根据对当前世界经济形势的观察和对经济增速渐趋平稳的密切关注,2014年,习近平总书记多次在公开场合对经济新常态进行阐述。经济新常态这一理论的提出展现了中国经济内在增长率发生的变化,预测了未来经济社会发展的新趋势。文章从经济新常态的理论内涵着手,探究其主要特征、面临的挑战与应对战略,认为我们要正确认识并积极适应新常态,推动经济结构全面优化升级,由经济大国向经济强国大步迈进。

According to the observation of the current world economic situation and the close attention to the economic growth becoming comparatively stable, General Secretary Xi Jinping elaborated the new economic norm on a number of public occasions in 2014. The theory of the new economic norm shows the changes of China' s economic growth rate,predicting the new trend of economic and social development in the future. From the connotation of the new economic norm theory, the article explores its main features, confronted challenges and replying strategies, thinking that we should correctly understand and positively acclimatize ourselves to the new norm and actively promote the optimization and upgrading of overall structure striding from a big country to a strong one in economy.
