摘要
颗粒增强金属基复合材料以其优良的性能在生产实践中得到广泛的应用,但其具有高硬度的增强相使得加工十分困难,制约了其进一步的推广和应用。为此,文章将超声振动与普通钻削相结合,对超声与普通两种方式下的表面粗糙度和微观形貌进行了研究,结果表明:轴向超声振动钻削能够提高内孔的表面质量,有效改善钻头后刀面的磨损。
MMCs have been widely used because of their excellent performances. However, the enhanced-phase of high hardness makes their machining very difficult,restricting its further promotion and application. Therefore, in the paper, ultrasonic vibration is introduced to common drilling, through the surface roughness measurement and micro pattern study in ultrasonic and common drilling. The results show that during the ultrasonic vibration drilling process surface quality of holes can be enhanced and wear of the drill flank can be effectively improved.
