摘要
本文通过对扁体十字孔三件套零件图和装配图的分析,在CK6136S型数控车床上利用四爪卡盘,为保证两套装配图的要求,合理安排加工工艺,不仅扩大了数控车床的加工范围,而且保证了装配图的要求。
Through the analysis on the part drawing and assembly drawing of the three-piece oblate cross hole part, this paper uses four-jaw chuck for CK6136S digital controlled lathe to meet the requirements of two-piece assembly drawing and reasonably arrange the processing technology. It expands the processing range of digital controlled lathe, and guaranteed the requirements of assembly drawing.
