摘要 随着市政道路建设的快速发展,桥梁上跨既有铁路工程施工难度越来越大。结合太原市涧河路互通立交桥工程上跨石太客运专线双幅同步转体施工实例,分析了转体结构、落架体系、不平衡力矩测试及配重、转体牵引力及转体时间、试转参数分析、正式转体过程控制等关键环节,为类似施工提供一定的参考经验。 With the rapid development of municipal administration path construction, the difficulty of the engineering construction of bridge crossing existing railway is bigger and bigger. Combined with the double amplitude synchronization rotation construction instance of Shitai passenger transport line crossing Jianhe Road interchange overpass in Taiyuan, Many key links such as the rotation structure, backout bracket system, test and weight of unbalanced torque, rotation traction and rotation time, turning parameters analysis, process control of formal rotation are analyzed, these provide certain reference for the similar construction.
