凝结水回收炉渣热量条件下循环流化床机组热耗率的计算方法

摘要 结合帕姆帕(Pampa)工程资料,用不同方法计算凝结水回收炉渣热量条件下循环流化床机组的热耗率,分析导致计算结果存在较大差异的原因,从而给出凝结水回收炉渣热量条件下循环流化床机组热耗率的正确计算方法,为以后循环流化床机组热耗率的计算提供参考。 Combined with Pampa engineering data, this paper calculates the heat consumption rate of circulating fluidized bed unit from different ways when there is heat recovery of slag by condensate water, analyzes the reason why there is difference between result values, then gives the right calculation method of heat consumption rate when there is heat recovery of slag by condensate water, and all of these will provide reference for calculating the heat consumption rate of circulating fluidized bed unit.
