基于电子商务团队的师资队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teachers Team Based on Electronic Commerce

职教师资队伍是当前制约职业教育发展,影响职业教育教学质量的最为薄弱的一个环节。没有高水平的教师队伍,就没有高质量的职业教育。文章针对高职电子商务师资队伍建设中存在的问题,结合实践,提出基于电商团队的师资队伍建设模式。

Vocational education teacher team is a most weak link for restricting the development of the current vocational education and influencing the teaching quality of vocational education. Without a high level of teacher team, there is no high quality vocational education. In this paper, for the problems existing in the construction of e-commerce teachers team in higher vocational education, combined with the practice, the teachers team construction mode of electronic commerce is proposed.
