摘要
随着我国经济水平的提升,我国建筑业近年来也获得了蓬勃的发展。在愈发激烈的市场竞争形势下,人才成为了建筑企业发展中非常重要的一项因素,将直接关系到建筑的发展以及市场竞争力。如何能够对核心人才进行吸引、留住,则成为了目前我国建筑企业必须引起重视的一项问题。在本文中,将就建筑企业核心员工职业生涯管理进行一定的研究。
With the improvement of China's economic level, the construction industry in China has also gained rapid development in recent years. In the increasingly fierce market competition, the talent has become a very important factor for the development of construction enterprises, and it will be directly related to the building development and the market competitiveness. How to attract and retain the core talents has become a problem must pay attention to for the construction enterprises. In this paper, the career management of core staffs in construction enterprises will be researched.
