摘要
研究提炼出15个可能影响养老服务职业吸引力的因素,经过探索性因子分析,将其归纳为工资待遇、劳动强度、社会认同、发展机遇、价值实现;相关分析发现,五类因素与养老服务职业吸引力呈显著正相关,较为明显的是工资待遇、劳动强度。最后,对此给出了若干建议。
This study extractes 15 factors that might affect the occupational attractiveness of pension services, and after exploratory factor analysis, the factors are summarized as salary, labor intensity, social identity, development opportunity and value realization. The correlation analysis finds that the five factors are significantly positively correlated with occupational attractiveness of pension services, the more obvious factors are the salary and labor intensity. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.
