颗粒阻尼的参数优化及工程应用

摘要 颗粒阻尼减振技术由于方法简单,成本低,具有较好的实用价值,但颗粒阻尼效果受到多个参数的影响。本文通过模拟退火理论对颗粒粒径,填充率,砂箱腔体结构等参数进行了参数优化分析。将该方法应用在水泵隔振工程中,并取得了满意的效果。 Particle damping reduction technology has good practical value because of its simple method and low cost, but a number of parameters can affect particle damping effect. The parameter optimization of particle size, filling rate and sand box cavity structure were analyzed by using simulated annealing theory. The method was used in the pump vibration engineering, at the same time, the engineering achieved satisfactory results.
