水泥搅拌桩施工技术在高速公路软土地基加固中的应用

Application of Cement Mixing Pile Construction Technology in Highway Soft Soil Foundation Reinforcement

随着高速公路建设数量的逐年增加,怎样减小沿海及内地湖河沉积相地区出现的软土地基沉降,已成为困扰高速公路设计和建设者的技术难题。文章根据水泥搅拌桩的成桩原理,详细介绍了某高速公路一标段内采用水泥搅拌桩的施工过程。工后结果表明水泥搅拌桩复合地基加固效果明显,道路地基沉降小,沉降速率快,能在短时间内使地基趋于稳定,减少路基病害的发生。

With the increase of the number of highway construction, how to reduce the settlement of the soft soil foundation in the coastal and inland lake areas has become a technical problem for the design and construction of the highway. According to the pile forming principle of cement mixing pile, this paper introduces the construction process of cement mixing pile in a section of a highway. The results show that the reinforcement effect of cement mixing pile composite foundation is obvious, the road foundation settlement is reduced, the settlement rate is fast, the foundation is more stable in a short time and the roadbed disease is reduced.
