Discussion on the Application of PE in Reservoir Culvert Pipe Reinforcement

病险水库涵管的加固方法常见有坝体开挖修复或新建、原涵管封堵新建其他工程和不开挖坝体在原管内衬PE管等方法,经过比较分析,发现不开挖坝体在原管内衬PE管在原材料性能、处理方法、施工技术上均更胜一筹,可作为水库涵管除险的首选方案。同时对PE管的焊接、安装、充填、灌浆等施工方法做了初步说明。

Excavating the dam and repairing the pipe, plugging the old pipe and building new water diversion and PE pipe with non-excavation are common methods in dangerous reservoirs reinforcement. After analysis and comparison, it found that PE pipe with non-excavation was ever better in the performance of raw materials, processing methods and construction treatment, so PE pipe with non-excavation can be taken as the first choice. The welding, installation, filling and grouting construction method of PE pipe are also explained in the paper.
