摘要
钢轨焊接接头的超声波探伤是现场焊接最终的检测方法,正确分析移动闪光焊和铝热焊两种常用钢轨焊接方法中存在的各种缺陷的形成机理,准确的判定缺陷和伤损是保证焊接接头质量的关键。同时准确判定伤损减少不必要的返工也是为企业节约成本、创造效益的重要手段。
Ultrasonic flaw detection is a final method for rail welded joint. Correct analysis of the mechanism of kinds of flaw in mobile flash-butt welding and thermit welding, and accurate judgment flaws and defects is the key of ensure the welded joint quality. Accurate determination of flaws can reduce unnecessary rework, and is also the important means for enterprise to create benefit and save cost.
