摘要
在高职科研项目实施过程中,科研时间浪费及结题延误现象时有发生,将时间管理引入高职院校的科研项目管理,有助于按时保质完成科研项目。文章首先介绍科研项目时间管理理论,然后阐述目前高职科研项目时间管理存在的问题,接着提出做好时间管理的措施,可为高职科研项目负责人提高项目绩效提供参考。
It often occurs the phenomenon of time waste and delay in the process of scientific research projects in higher vocational colleges, so the introduction of time management into the management of scientific research projects in higher vocational colleges will help to complete the scientific research projects on time and quality. The article firstly introduces the scientific research project time management theory, then expounds the problems existing in the time management of scientific research projects in higher vocational colleges, and finally puts forward the measures of time management, which can provide reference for improving project performance of scientific research project in higher vocational colleges.
