浅析高职院校会计专业师资队伍建设

On Construction of Teaching Staff of Accounting Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前我国高等职业教育已进入内涵建设、提高教学质量时期。重中之重就是加强师资队伍建设。因此,如何建设一支高素质、结构合理的师资队伍建设才是实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标的核心。本文将结合实际从高职院校会计专业师资现状,存在的原因及如何完善三方面提出自己的看法。

At present, China's higher vocational education has entered the period of connotation construction and improving the quality of teaching, and the most important is to strengthen the construction of teaching staff. Therefore, how to build a high quality, reasonable structure of the teaching staff is the core to achieve the goal of "two hundred years". This article combined with the actual puts forward its own view, from the aspects of current situation of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges, the reasons and improvement measures.
