关于创业意愿对创业行为作用机理的理论研究

Theoretical Research on the Acting Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Intention on Entrepreneurial Behavior

创业意愿与创业行为间存在着一定的背离现象,为进一步揭示两者间的"黑箱"作用机制,以提高创业行为的实际发生率。本文通过归纳总结现有研究成果,创新性提出了基于创业认知和创业决策为中间调节变量的创业意愿作用于创业行为的机理模型;对创业意愿、创业认知、创业决策和创业行为间的相互影响进行了理论探讨和定义;对诱发创业行为的策略进行了分析,最后对后续研究进行了展望。

There is certain deviation between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship behavior. In order to further reveal the"black box" mechanism between the two, and improve the actual rate of entrepreneurial behavior, this paper summarizes the existing research results, and puts forward the mechanism model of entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial behavior based on entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial decision -making as the adjustment variables. The interaction effect of entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial cognition, entrepreneurial decision-making and entrepreneurial behavior is discussed and defined. The strategy to induce entrepreneurship is analyzed, and finally, the future research is prospected.
