摘要
厘清建设工程质量生成机制对有效提高工程质量具有重要意义。从仿生学视角出发,首先,将建设工程和树木分别从宏观与微观、发展历程、生命特征三个方面进行相似性分析,确定了仿生对象选择的合理性;其次,通过对建设工程和树木在质量特性、质量形成阶段、质量参与主体与生成客体、质量影响因素方面的比较,绘制出二者的质量类比表格;最后,建立了建设工程的质量生成机制模型,提出建设工程质量生成是一个螺旋式上升的过程,其质量生成机制包括内生机制和内化机制两大部分。工程前期的工作成果是建设工程的"遗传基因",储存着工程建设的全部信息。"遗传基因"的表达受"环境因子"影响,二者相互依赖共同决定了建设工程的质量。
This paper clarifies that the quality generation mechanism of construction project has great significance to effectively improve the quality of the project. Firstly, the similarities between constructions and trees are analyzed from the macro and micro perspective, development process and vital signs based on bionics, confirming the reasonableness of bionic object. Then, through comparison of constructions and trees from quality characteristics, quality formation process, quality participants and generated objects and quality factors, the quality analogies form is drawn. Finally, the quality generation mechanism model in construction is set up, proposing that construction quality generation is a spiral process, and the quality generation mechanism includes endogenous mechanisms and inner mechanism. Early-stage works results of the project is the construction's "genetic", which stores all information about the construction. The expression of"Gene"is influenced by"environmental factors", both of which combined to determine the construction quality.
