摘要
勒流是顺德地区产业发展重镇,五金、照明及小家电行业在国内外具有重要影响力。在新形势下,行业的发展遇到市场、技术、管理及人才短板。为了解勒流的行业发展现状,对辖区内规模以上的173家企业展开现场调研,揭示了企业基本状况、市场销售及发展、技术研发能力、信息化应用水平、自动化生产水平及人力资源管理的现状及突出问题,并给出相应的行业政策扶持建议,对推动当地企业的升级转型,促进地区经济健康可持续性发展提供决策支持。
Leliu town of Shunde, Foshan is famous for its furniture hardware, LED & small appliance industries. While the companies are facing the challenges of market, technology, management and human resource in recent years. The onsite survey investigates the current status of 173 companies on the sales & marketing, R&D, IT application, automation manufacturing and human resource management,reveals the key issues these industries need to settle, and provides the suggestion to support the companies.
