摘要
文章在介绍了包钢焦化厂变频恒压供水系统的工作过程、电气技术要求以及软件设计、硬件构成的基础上,着重介绍了PID功能的实现以及变频器参数的设置。变频恒压供水系统使焦化厂的工业废水经生物脱酚等工艺的处理后实现再利用。
This paper focuses on the realization of PID function and the setting of converter parameters based on the introduction of working process of the frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system, requirement of the electrical technology and design of the software in Coking Plant of Steel Union. The frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system makes the industrial waste water of coking plant achieve reuse after the process of biological removal of phenol and other processes.
