摘要
废树脂处理系统(RES)为厂址废物处理设施(SRTF)的主要工艺系统之一,用于处理核岛产生的放射性废树脂,采用屏蔽转运容器(STT)从核岛废树脂接收槽运送至厂址废物处理设施。屏蔽转运容器作为转运设备,其与核岛通过配对阀门接头连接,与厂址废物处理设施(SRTF)通过装料头连接。本文对两种连接方式进行了对比,在设备可靠性及工作效率上,装料头对接方式与配对阀门对接方式基本相当。配对阀门对接方式在流程上更简便,并且在采购与维护成本上更占优势。但是从人员辐射防护角度来看,装料头对接方式更有助于减少操作人员的辐照剂量。
Spent resin processing system (RES) is one of the main process systems in site waste treatment facility (SRTF), it is used for nuclear island radioactive spent resin processing, the spent resins are sent from the nuclear island waste resin receiving groove to SRTF. Shielding transport tank is used as a transport equipment, it is connected by a joint to nuclear island and connected by a filling head to SRTF. In this paper, the two types of connection methods are compared. On equipment reliability and efficiency, two types of connection methods are roughly equal. On the purchase and maintenance costs, joint has more dominant. But from the point of view of radiation protection personnel, filling head reduces the radiation dose of the operator.
