摘要
毕业生就业满意度是毕业质量重要评价指标,对湖南省2所农林类本科院校2015年的毕业生就业满意度进行了调查分析。内容主要包括:薪酬满意度;专业对口情况;福利保障满意度;工作环境满意度;求职障碍;政策扶持情况,研究分析了就业满意度的影响因素,结合高校现状提出了优化建议。调查结果为下一步人才培养和高校管理提供优化依据。
Graduates' employment satisfaction is an important parameters for graduation quality evaluation. Employment satisfaction of graduates from 2 agricultural and forestry universities were surveyed in Hunan Province in 2015. The main content of this research includes salary, professional counterparts, welfare, job satisfaction, policy support. The influence factors of employment satisfaction were analyzed. Combined with the present situation, the optimization suggestions was put forward, so as to provide proposal for personael training and management of universities.
