摘要
城市水资源供需矛盾日益加剧,水资源的瓶颈对我国的城市发展的制约作用日渐明显。我国的城市节水管理,应尽可能不断提高水的利用效率。针对干旱的海河流域城市,运用TOPSIS法,从城市、用水户和用水器具的尺度进行了多尺度水资源高效利用评价体系研究。
The contradiction between supply and demand of urban water resources is increasing day by day,and the bottleneck of water resources restricts the urban development of China.China's urban water-saving management should be as much as possible to improve water use efficiency.Based on the TOPSIS method,a multi-scale evaluation system for efficient utilization of water resources in the Haihe River Basin was established from city,water users and water appliances.
