摘要
本文全面分析了窃电的常用手段及原理,提出了在高压用户的T接关口增加采集点,对低压用户批量查窃监测,实现用电信息采集系统原始数据与关口采集数据挖掘、差动分析,应用窃电数据模型和算法,准确定位窃电嫌疑户及窃电方式的方法。介绍了该系统物理架构、高压采集终端、低压批量查窃终端的主要功能及设计方案。通过实例验证窃电户筛选流程,为甄别、准确打击窃电行为奠定了基础。
This paper analyzes the commonly used methods and principles of stealing electricity,and puts forward the methods of increasing collecting points at T-joint of high voltage users,bulk theft monitoring of low voltage users,realizing the data collection and data mining of raw data acquisition system,dynamic analysis,using stealing data model and algorithm,to accurately position suspects and stealing ways.The main functions and design scheme of the system physical structure,high voltage collection terminal and low voltage bulk seized terminal are introduced.The electricity-stealing users screening process is verified by practical example,which lay a foundation for identifying and accurately combating electricity stealing behavior.
