基于PLC的三层电梯教学装置的研发

摘要 近年来快速发展起来的可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)是一种非常成熟的控制装置,大部分高校相关专业都开设了这门课程,并配有实验课来提高学生理论联系实际的能力。为了向这些教育机构提供功能完善的PLC实验教学设备以较好的完成教学任务,并让学生通过实践来全面深入掌握相关理论知识以及提高解决工程实际问题的能力,研制出了一种三层电梯教学装置。该装置应用的器件主要有曳引电机、门电机、PLC、变频器、继电器、光电开关传感器、计算机和触摸屏等。目前,该装置已被用于河北科技大学机械工程学院的个性化培养教学当中,起到了很好的效果,值得推广。 In recent years,the programmable logic controller(PLC),which is rapidly developed,is a very mature control device.Most of the related specialties in colleges offer this course and are equipped with experimental courses to improve the students' ability of connecting theory with practice.In order to provide these educational institutions with perfect PLC experimental teaching equipment to complete the teaching task well and let the students master the relevant theoretical knowledge thoroughly and improve their ability to solve the practical problems of the project,a three-layer elevator teaching device is developed.The device is mainly composed of traction motor,door motor,PLC,inverter,relays,photoelectric switch sensors,computers and touch screen.At present,the device has been used in personalized training teaching of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Hebei University of Science and Technology and has obtained good effect,so it is worthy of promotion.
