摘要
文章以流动方向上压力损失较大的玻纤增强型PC伞钩状扁平塑件为成型目标,利用自主研发的超声波辅助注塑成型装置,研究了超声波对玻纤增强型PC熔体流动性能的影响。结果表明:施加超声波作用下,塑件的型腔填充率要好于未施加超声波作用下的充填,且在超声波变幅杆辐射面面积一定的情况下,超声波输出功率越高,提高熔体型腔填充率的效果越显著。
In this paper,according to glass fiber reinforced PC umbrella shaped flat plastic piece with large pressure loss in flow direction,the effect of ultrasonic wave on the flow properties of glass fiber reinforced PC melt was studied by means of self-developed ultrasonic assisted injection molding equipment.The results show that under the effect of ultrasonic wave,the filling rate of the plastic part is better than no ultrasonic wave,and in the case of certain radiation surface area of ultrasonic horn,higher the output power of ultrasonic wave is,the more obvious the effect of the filling rate of the melt cavity is.
