摘要
随着电厂高参数、大容量机组的大量采用,对热工仪表及控制装置的要求越来越高。热工控制系统已是火力发电机组经济稳定运行的重要前提。本文针对陕西府谷清水川煤电一体化项目电厂二期(2×1000MW)工程4#机组热控专业施工工艺进行具体解析,该热工系统主要通过专业化的热控软件对发电机组进行协调控制和系统保护,其中信号测量与信号反馈的准确程度是该电厂热控系统生产自动化的一个主要标志。
With the large number of high parameter and large capacity units of power plant,the requirements of thermal instrumentation and control devices are becoming higher.Thermal control system is an important prerequisite for the stable operation of thermal power generating units.According to the analysis of construction technology for thermal control of 4# unit in Shaanxi Fugu Qingshuichuan Coal Power Integration Project two phase(2 * 1000MW),the thermal system is coordinated control and system protection by specialized thermal control software,among which the accuracy of signal measurement and signal feedback is one of the main signs of the automation of thermal control system in the power plant.
