摘要 随着现代火力发电的发展,机组温度、压力等各项参数不断提高,机组容量日趋增大。直流锅炉已成为未来火力发电厂锅炉发展的主要机型。其具有节省投资、降低发电煤耗、节能减排等诸多优点。本文通过大量的实验,分析直流锅炉给水流量对汽水界面及蒸汽温度的影响和两者之间的关系;归纳汽水界面及蒸汽温度的变化对锅炉各受热面材料和蒸汽质量的影响。为直流锅炉的安全运行提供理论依据。 With the development of modern thermal power,the temperature,pressure and other parameters of the unit continue to improve,the unit capacity is increasing.DC boiler has become the main model of boiler development in the future thermal power plant.It can save investment,reduce coal consumption for power generation,and has the advantages of energy saving and emission reduction and so on.Through a lot of experiments,this paper analyzes the effect of water-feed flow of DC boiler on the steam-water interface and steam temperature and the relationship between the two,sums up the effects of the changes of steam-water interface and steam temperature on the material of the heating surface and steam quality of the boiler to provide theoretical basis for the safe operation of the DC boiler.
