浅谈高职院校“多维坐标制”学生管理体制的创新

Discussion on the Innovation of "Multidimensional System" in the Student Management System of Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生管理体制对人才培养工作具有重要的意义,既要适应社会需求,又要将学生培养成高技能型人才。本文以承德石油高等专科学校机械工程系学生管理工作为例,对高职院校学生管理工作组织开展分级、分学期、分班和典型引路方面的研究,尝试对学生管理模式进行积极的探索和创新。

The student management system in vocational colleges plays an important role in talent cultivation.On the one hand,it has to satisfy demands in society.On the other hand,it is supposed to cultivate students into talents with advanced skills.In this thesis,the author,taking student management in the mechanical engineering department of Chengde Petroleum College as an example,analyzed the student management system of different grades,semesters as well as classes,and the positive influence of models,so as to seek innovation in the student management system.
