KT高职本科经管类专业人才培养模式探析——基于国内外模式的思考

Analysis on the Talent Training Mode of Higher Vocational Undergraduate Education in Economy and Management Specialty in KT:Reflection on the Domestic and Foreign Modes

我国高等职业教育在改革开放后取得了快速的发展,为推进我国社会主义市场经济建设发挥了重要的作用。进入21世纪后,在新技术革命、产业结构升级、全球经济一体化和高等教育大众化等因素的共同作用下,以培养本科层次从事生产、服务和管理的各类一线应用型高技能人才为主要目的高等职业本科教育开始在我国兴起。本文通过比较国内外高等职业教育人才培养模式,在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,分析了KT学院高职本科经管类人才培养的现状和问题,提出了KT学院经管类专业人才培养模式优化的对策和措施。

Higher vocational education has achieved rapid development after reform and opening up in China,and it plays an important role in the advance of construction of the socialist market economy.In the 21 century,under multiple action of new technology revolution,industrial structure updating,global economy integration,and higher education popularization,the higher vocational education for the purpose of training persons with high professional qualification in the fields of production,service and management becomes more and more popular.First the paper compares the persons training models in and abroad,and then on the basis of successful experience,it analyzes the current situation and problems existing in the persons training of the economy and management in KT college.Last it puts forward some advices and measures for the model optimization.
