摘要
近年来建筑装饰工程作为新兴行业在我国迅速发展,对其工程造价成本进行有效控制,是实现建筑装饰工程可持续健康发展的关键。文章通过总结建筑装饰工程造价控制的关键影响因素,引入适用于建筑工程全生命周期的BIM技术,认为其对装饰工程建设发挥着同样重要的作用,并分析了BIM技术应用于建筑装饰阶段的可行性,有针对性地提出BIM技术对装饰工程造价控制的五个方面,期望为BIM技术控制建筑装饰工程造价提供借鉴意义。
In recent years,building decoration engineering as an emerging industry in China is developing rapidly,the project cost under effective control,is the key to realize sustainable healthy development of building decoration engineering.This paper summarizes the key factors of cost control in building decoration engineering,introduces BIM technology which is suitable for the whole life cycle of construction projects,and thinks the decoration engineering construction plays an important role in the same.Then the paper analyzes the application of BIM technology to the feasibility of building decoration stage and puts forward five aspects of cost control in decoration engineering based on BIM technology,expecting to offer reference for the cost control in building decoration engineering based on BIM technology.
