摘要
本文主要探索在高职高专院校人才培养方向基础下大学生综合素质及其能力培养的模式以及有效途径,重点针对高职院校学生的就业实际,以"职业生涯规划、就业能力、核心能力、创新能力构建教育"为主线,以"素质拓展学分"项目来创新能力评价方式,制定科学可行的高职学生综合素质能力评价体系。
This paper mainly explores comprehensive quality of college students and their ability training model and effective ways based on the talent cultivation direction in higher vocational colleges;focusing on vocational college students' employment situation,taking 'the occupation career planning,employment ability,core ability,innovation ability construction of education' as the main line,using the project of 'quality development credits' to innovate ability evaluation methods,formulate scientifically and feasibly comprehensive quality evaluation system of vocational college students.
