试论职业技能大赛对高职院校内涵式发展的影响

On the Influence of Vocational Skills Competition on the Development of Connotation Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业技能大赛既是我国职业教育制度的一个创新,也是高职院校内涵式发展的重要助推器。目前高职职业技能大赛虽在不断延伸中蓬勃发展,但也存在制约其前行的短板。本文主要从高职院校内涵式发展的概念入手,阐述了职业技能大赛对高职院校内涵式发展的影响,并提出了以职业技能大赛促进高职院校内涵式发展的保障措施,促进高职教育改革与创新。

The vocational skills competition is not only an innovation of China's vocational education system,but also an important booster for the development of the connotation development in higher vocational colleges.At present,vocational skills competition in higher vocational education is booming,but there are still short boards which restrict forward.This article mainly from the concept of the connotative development in higher vocational colleges,expounds the influence of occupation skills contest on the connotative development in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the safeguard measures,and promote the innovation and reform of higher education.
