基于大型项目总包造价管理中的索赔途径探索与分析

大型项目特别是国外项目招标的文件让总包在索赔上无懈可击,因工程全程实施过程中存在动态性和不可预测性,导致在材料甄选、设计变更等问题导致工程误工以及降低施工进度等都会给总包带来不利甚至是负面的影响,如何在总包施工管理过程中确保索赔的准确性和高效性,本文以上海迪斯尼乐园项目为例,探索基于大型项目在造价管理中的索赔途径,为总包单位在承揽中外大型工程项目在商务索赔上积累经验和教训,以期争取总包单位更高的经济效益。

The bidding documents of large-scale project, especially the foreign projects, makes the general contractor unassailable in the claim. Because the project construction is dynamic and unpredictable, the problems such as material selection and design change lead to project mis-work and reduce the construction progress. It will bring adverse or even negative impact to the general contractor. How to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the claim during the construction management of the general contract is important. This paper takes the Shanghai Disneyland project as an example to explore the claim path based on the cost management of large-scale projects, in order to accumulate experience and lessons in the business claims for large-scale engineering projects in China and abroad, in order to help the general contractor obtain more economic benefits.
