摘要
以沈阳盛京金融广场项目为工程背景,论述了附着滑触导轨式施工技术在超高层多渐变幕墙中的应用,分析超高层幕墙单元板块安装的难点,并对应进行技术攻关,采取了有效的技术措施,最终应用滑触导轨式安装方法提高单元板块垂直提升和水平移动效率,满足单元板块吊装施工,特别适合于超高层幕墙工程应用。
Taking the Shenyang Shengjing Financial Plaza project as the engineering background, the application of the attached sliding rail type construction technology in the super high-rise multi-gradation curtain wall is discussed. The difficulty in installing the super high-rise curtain wall unit is analyzed, and the technical research is carried out accordingly. Effective technical measures are taken.Finally the sliding rail installation method is used to improve the vertical lifting and horizontal movement efficiency of the unit plate, to meet the unit plate hoisting construction, which is especially suitable for ultra-high-rise curtain wall engineering applications.
