Quality Control of Filling Layer Self-compacting Concrete

根据自密实混凝土的三个关键技术性能(流动性,间隙和抗偏析性),通过汉孝城际铁路项目的长期反复试验和现场试验段的试验结果,理论相结合并实践态度,提出CRTSIII三型板式无碴轨道填料层施工过程中自密实混凝土的质量控制要点和注意事项,以更好地服务于铁路工程质量。

According to the three key technical properties(fluidity, clearance and anti-segregation) of self-compacting concrete,through the long-term trial and error test of the Hanxiao Intercity Railway Project and the test results of the field test section, the quality control points and precautions of self-compacting concrete during the construction of CRTSIII three-type slab ballastless track filler layer are proposed to better serve the quality of railway engineering.
