Discussion on Power Regional Information Resources and Capability Sharing

随着中国南方电网有限责任公司"十三五规划"信息领域建设方向的探讨和确定,电力信息的转型和健壮将成为公司"十三五"建设落地的重要基础和强力保障。电力信息的发展面临着重大的机遇和挑战,本文立足公司体系内电力信息发展的现状,结合公司"十二五"信息化建设的成果,面向IT建设发展,提出电力区域信息资源和能力共享的发展模型。同时,围绕电网IT建设发展中对于区域资源和能力共享专项发展进行探讨和思考,以如何发挥地市局现阶段资源空间优势;如何切实解决用户需求,提高用户响应度;如何落实提升数据质量,进一步发挥系统效益等问题为出发点,探索构建区域共享分中心的建设模式。

With the discussion and determination of the construction direction of the information field of '13 th Five-Year Plan' of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., the transformation and robustness of power information will become an important foundation and strong guarantee for the company’s construction during '13 th Five-Year Plan'. The development of power information faces major opportunities and challenges. Based on the current situation of power information development in the company’s system, this paper combines the results of the company’s '12 th Five-Year Plan' informatization construction, and proposes the development mode of power regional information resources and capabilities sharing in face of the development of IT construction. At the same time, it discusses and thinks about the special development of regional resources and capacity sharing around the development of power grid IT construction, explores and builds the construction mode of regional shared sub-centers from how to give full play to the resource space advantages of the local bureaus at present,how to effectively solve user needs and improve user responsiveness, and how to implement and improve data quality and further exert system benefits.
