玄武岩纤维沥青混合料低温抗裂性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 受到日益增大的重载交通量的影响,我国沥青路面更容易出现低温裂缝等病害,因此,提出了更高的标准来提高沥青路面的低温性能。通过对玄武岩纤维吸油性能的分析,在沥青混合料中掺入长度为6mm玄武岩纤维,同时控制其掺入量为0.3%。掺加玄武岩纤维后的混合料,采用低温小梁弯曲试验来分析其低温抗裂性能。通过研究结果可知,掺加玄武岩纤维后的沥青混合料,其低温抗裂性能显著提高,同时用该混合料铺筑的路面的高温稳定性也获得了明显的提升。不同的矿料级配会影响玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能的提升效果,其中因玄武岩纤维而提高幅度最大的是SMA-13级配沥青混合料低温抗裂性能。 Affected by the increasing heavy traffic volume, asphalt pavement in China is more prone to low-temperature cracks and other diseases. Therefore, a higher standard is proposed to improve the low-temperature performance of asphalt pavement. Based on the analysis of oil absorption performance of basalt fibers, 6 mm basalt fibers were added into asphalt mixtures and 0.3% of basalt fibers were controlled at the same time. The low-temperature trabecular bending test was used to analyze the low-temperature crack resistance of the mixture mixed with basalt fibers. The results show that the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture with basalt fiber is significantly improved, and the high temperature stability of the pavement paved with the mixture is also significantly improved. Different aggregate gradations will affect the effect of basalt fibers on the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixtures. Among them, SMA-13 graded asphalt mixtures have the greatest improvement because of basalt fibers.
