摘要 市场导向型的科技创新政策会最大化地发挥人才优势,提高资金利用效率,推动我国自主创新。文章分析市场机制是如何推动科技创新的,并把创新要素分为民间创新要素与政策创新要素,按两种不同类型的创新要素构建了市场导向的科技创新政策。 Market-oriented science and technology innovation policy will maximize the advantages of talents, improve the efficiency of capital utilization, and promote independent innovation in China. This paper analyses how market mechanism promotes science and technology innovation, and divides innovation factors into folk innovation factors and government innovation factors, and constructs marketoriented science and technology innovation policies according to two different types of innovation factors.
